Fledgling Product Managers face the same problems
The learning & building framework you've been missing
Starting out in product management is hard. There's lots you need to know and even more you need to practice and apply hands on. Without building and getting real feedback, what starts off as a great learning experience quickly becomes just another course to 'tick off' and you're back to square one. But that's because you haven't put the process in place to advance as a PM. You need a community you can rely on, a curriculum that walks you through your product and a network that can promote your work. That's exactly what 14 day PM is about. You join a community of product managers with the same goal as you: learn the basics, improve your product skills and apply them, while getting real feedback and sharing your learnings. This creates the framework for success you've been missing.

3 common mistakes when learning product management
#1: Not applying your learning in real life
You only really learn product management when you're building a product. Otherwise it's too theoretical to really sink home. We've learned that when you're building AS YOU LEARN the learning really sticks.
#2: Not sharing what you've built and learned
Have you ever built a great product only to launch it and.... nothing? Communication, whether internal or external, is a critical part of being a product manager. You must build up a communication habit.
#3: Not building a community of peers for continuous learning
Launching in a vacuum is as bad as building in a vacuum. Great product managers know they need feedback from a community of peers so that they can increase their learning curve, improve their product and stay up to date. Accountability matters.
