Over the past 2 years Alpe Audio we’ve put together a great library of content:
โฃ Audio lessons
โฃ Summaries & notes
But naturally, I haven’t done a good enough job marketing ๐ . That’s what I’m going to focus on during the rest of June, here’s the plan:
1. Focus on sharing: I’ve always felt imposter syndrome sharing learnings that I’m not 100% confident in. I’m going to get over it and share the best lessons from 2 of our recent fantastic courses:
โฃ Building in public by Kevon Cheung
โฃ Personal branding by Jessie Van Breugel
2. Repurposing: Lots of written and audio content that can be used cross platform. It’s time to get it out there: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
3. Launching a podcast! Part of repurposing our audio content is to make some of it available on all platforms, giving value for free and hoping to improve conversion by true fans. That’s worked really well for us in the past.
Last month we completely changed our freemium model @AlpeAudio.

Went from 1 free lesson to 40 free minutes each week.
Felt this was the right way to balance value/price for free users but were worried about 'giving away too much'.
Made a huge difference ๐งต #buildinpublic
4. Automations: Alpe Audio is a one man show these days, and this is a lot, so I’m going to try and automate as much of this as possible. Zapier, Google sheet scripts, Clickup automations. Will give it a go and see what works best.
5. Re-engage users There’s a LOT more content on Alpe Audio today than even 2 months ago. Time to get back to users who’ve stopped using recently and let them know that some of the courses they’ve wanted are available!

I’ll keep you posted how it goes!
